Plastic Injection Production Supervisor

1.Review the daily production plan and follow up on parts to ensure timely supply to customers.

2.Control and monitor daily production output according to the target.

3.Manage and maintain product quality ratio to meet company standards.

4.Control and manage inventory stock levels efficiently.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field

2.Basic 2–3 years knowledge of plastic injection molding machines 

3.Experience 2–3 years in production planning or supervising production staff 

4.Good communication skills in English (basic speaking and writing).

5.Able to use basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, etc.).

6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7.Able to work under pressure and work overtime when required.

8.Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
