Basic Requirements

Full Time

Responsibilities

- Able to achieve production targets on time according to the production plan.

- Monitor and control production progress, and coordinate with relevant departments such as Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Engineering to ensure smooth production operations.

- Manage and supervise production processes, equipment utilization, and employee performance.

- Control production costs and continuously improve production efficiency and product quality.

- Identify production line bottlenecks and take prompt corrective actions.

- Arrange employee work schedules, organize training programs, and conduct performance evaluations.

- Comply with company safety and quality management systems to ensure safe and compliant production.

Requirements

- Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

- Experience in production management in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong team leadership, communication and coordination skills, and basic data analysis abilities.

- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills with a proactive working attitude.

- Ability to communicate in Chinese is required/preferred.

- Willing to work rotating day and night shifts and comply with overtime arrangements as assigned by management.
