Responsibilities

- Supervise daily injection molding production operations to meet production targets and schedules.

- Monitor production output, cycle time, and machine utilization to ensure efficiency.

- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production flow.

- Control and maintain product quality in accordance with company and customer standards.

- Identify production issues and bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly.

- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, training, and performance evaluation of production staff.

- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of injection molding machines and molds.

- Enforce safety rules, 5S, and quality management systems on the production floor.

- Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking supervisors, engineers, or management when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 2–3 years of experience in injection molding production or manufacturing supervision.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of plastic injection molding machines, molds, and production processes.

- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) for work coordination (speaking required; reading/writing is a plus).

- Good communication skills in English are preferred.

- Able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Able to work under pressure, in rotating shifts, and overtime when required.

- Good coordination, leadership, and teamwork skills.
