• Manage the salary affairs of employees, including but not limited to salary calculation, payment, social security (SSO), individual income tax, basic personal tax management PND1 and provident fund affairs, etc.;
• Handle employees' inquiries and complaints about salary and welfare, and solve problems in time;
• Participate in the construction of compensation system,CB Policy;
• Responsible for the business planning of the compensation team and the management of members
• Other tasks assigned.
