หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- พัฒนาและควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต (Mixing - Skincare & Toiletries) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และสอดคล้องกับแผนธุรกิจ
- วางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณส่วนผลิต ค่าใช้จ่ายการผลิต และงบลงทุน
- วางแผนและควบคุมกำลังคนส่วนผลินผสม ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนธุรกิจขององค์กร
- จัดการและดำเนินการให้เกิดการผลิตสินค้าใหม่ทางด้านผลิตผสม หรือธุรกิจใหม่ตามแผนธุรกิจ
- พัฒนาทักษะและจัดหาเทคโนโลยี ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนาธุรกิจ
- จัดการและควบคุมคุณภาพตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า และระบบต่างๆ ตามนโยบายองค์กร
- จัดการและวางแผนการส่งมอบตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี บริหารการผลิต อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการผลิต 10 ปี
- ดำรงตำแหน่งระดับผู้บริหาร 5 ปี ด้านการผลิต Mixing (Skincare & Toiletries)
- ทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ พูด,อ่าน,เขียน อยู่ในระดับใช้งานได้ดี
- มีวุฒิภาวะความเป็นผู้นำสูง, บุคลิกคล่องแคล่ว ,มีความคล่องตัวสูง,การพูดจาฉะฉาน
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ GMP/ISO9001,22716,14001,45001,17025/HAS2300/มรท.8001 เป็นอย่างดี
