Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Conduct regular visit outlets and execute brand activation programs, promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Drive sales growth by expanding the number of outlets coverage in the assigned area.
  • Develop and manage relationships with on-trade accounts, including bars, restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional deals with key on-trade partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment and effective promotional strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Planning and controlling the Brand Promoter in the assigned area.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales role, Food & Beverage / FMCG sectors are preferred.
  • Experience in the Alcohol Industry, particularly in the On-Premise channel, will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Step Sales Call, QDVP3, and FASCAR methodologies.
  • Strong communication & Relationship management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, Customer-oriented, Strong negotiation skill
  • Self-motivated, Results-oriented attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • Proactive, Outgoing and Resilient mindset
  • Compliance with beer laws and related regulations.
  • Familiarity with document processes and reporting.
