Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract and Supplier Support
• Support sales teams in collecting pre-contract requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate certificates, questionnaires, analyses, and other quality-related documents from suppliers.
• Facilitate communication with procurement, logistics, and other internal teams.
Regulatory Support (Thailand Market)
• Assist with Thai FDA and TISI registration processes in collaboration with the QA team.
Post-Contract and After-Sales Support
• Manage updates to shipping checklists, labels, and packaging specifications.
• Coordinate pre-shipment samples and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Manage inventory and local transportation for local partial delivery.
Order and Shipment Coordination
• Collect purchase orders and documentations.
• Maintain shipment schedules, ETD/ETA updates, and database accuracy.
• Communicate schedule adjustments and explain reasons for changes.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Communication
• Track shipment progress and provide regular reports to customers.
• Notify end-users of incidents or delays, ensuring transparency.
• Support documentation teams with clarification of requirements.
Payment Follow-Up
• Monitor advance and overdue payments in accordance with contract terms.
Customer Satisfaction and Process Improvement
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
• Assist in managing customer complaints in coordination with technical and accounting teams.
Additional Duties
• Support managers with any ad-hoc tasks related to operations or customer service.
