Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Receive and verify billing documents from suppliers and service providers for both credit and non-credit transactions.
  •  Review and validate supporting documents such as tax invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
  •  Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm goods or services received before recording payables.
  •  Prepare and record payable transactions for the head office accurately and in accordance with supporting documents.
  •  Verify account codes and cost centers to ensure compliance with accounting policies.
  •  Review and record input VAT in accordance with the Revenue Department’s regulations.
  •  Ensure that all payments comply with company authorization limits, approval procedures, and budget controls.
  •  Prepare payment documents, verify completeness and accuracy before submitting for approval.
  •  Maintain payment evidence, bank transfer slips, and payment reports, and provide payment confirmation to suppliers and service providers.
  • • Register vendor information in the banking system and SAP.
  • • Review, file, and maintain accounting documents and records properly.
• Support the preparation of information and documentation for both internal and external audits.


Requirements
Qualifications
  • Gender: No restriction
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems (an advantage)
  • Basic understanding of tax regulations (input tax/withholding tax)
