Maintenance Section Manager

Job Responsibilities  (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Set up yearly target to support department target with action plan to achieve follow up, review, revise set up counter
• measures by STPD management cycle.
• Monitoring and assess Supervisor's work result.
• Plan and implement preventive plan for maintenance of packing machines at factory 3 (both line noodle bag, cup and snack).
• Monitoring and report the progress of machine maintenance.
• Control the spare part stock to ensure the spare parts are available for use and contact and assess the supplier.
• Control and monitoring subordinate's work and prepare the document report.
• Control and manage the manpower ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
• Control and manage the supplier's safety and check complete work to ensure compliance with specification and safety standards.
• Improve machine capability and performance.
• Perform maintenance work as assigned from another department.
• Provide the advice to subordinate and team meeting for explain company's information.
• Cooperate with other department for reduce machine breakdown and improve productivity.
• Additional duties and special projects as required.

Requirements (คุณสมบัติ)

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electric Engineer or related fields
• Gender: Male
• At least 35 years old (No Military Service Obligation).
• Good technical knowledge in machine maintenance and good in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
• 10 years of experience in maintenance management.
