Responsibilities

Interpreter and translate between Japanese and Thai for management, engineers, and production staff
Support communication in meetings, production lines, training sessions, and daily operations
Interpret technical terms related to manufacturing and production processes
Assist in coordinating between Japanese staff and local employees
Translate documents, manuals, work instructions, and reports as assigned
Support production line operations and assist with line control when necessary
Identify and help resolve communication issues in the production process
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Responsible for maintaining the production line visualization system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or a related field.
1–3 years of work experience as an interpreter in the automotive parts manufacturing process.
Proficiency in Japanese and Thai (English is an advantage)
Knowledge and understanding of production line or manufacturing processes
Experience as an interpreter in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred
Ability to interpret accurately between management and production staff
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively
Willing and able to work in the production line, including production line control, when required
