Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Always perform work with the safety of yourself and your subordinates as the top priority.
Manage and supervise the mold maintenance and mold design department.
Plan and monitor mold preventive maintenance plans to ensure they are ready for use.
Follow up on corrective maintenance plans to minimize impacts to the production process.
Coaching and Training team to develop the skills of subordinates.
Continuously develop and improve molds, systems, operations, and various company processes.
Implement and maintain ISO9001:2015, 5S, Safety, and Kaizen standards to achieve the company's goals.
Conduct cost-down activities to achieve the company's goals.
Supervise personnel performance to ensure they meet the set goals.
Coordinate with the production department and relevant departments to achieve the set goals.
Manage tasks assigned by supervisors to achieve the goals.

Requirements

Thai Male, Age 35 Years up.
Bachelor's Degree in Mold & Tooling Technology or relate field.
At least 5 years experience in Mold Maintenance role (Plastic) fields
Knowledge in Plastic Mold/Molding, CAD/CAM for 2D/3D design, and Plastic Injection Mold Design.
Hands-on experience in plastic injection mold making, maintenance, repairs, problem- solving techniques and machining operations.
Must possess good problem solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CAD software (2D and 3D modeling).
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions
Can be able to understand engineering drawings and associated tolerances
Computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
Language skill: Thai-->Excellent, English-->Conversational
