Job Description
1. Implement company policies and directions from top management through strategic planning and effective execution.
2. Plan, direct, and oversee overall operations, including setting KPIs, managing budgets and costs, and evaluating performance.
3. Monitor and follow up on work progress through regular meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
4. Develop and manage sales strategies for both domestic and international markets.
5. Lead, inspire, and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
