Manage the procurement of goods and services from both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and facilitate the purchasing process
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including contracts, invoices, and payment schedules
Monitor supplier performance, negotiate terms, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation and distribution of purchased items
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations governing purchasing activities
Provide support and training to other team members on purchasing best practices
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Attention to detail, adaptability, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-national environment
Skills:
Knowing Mandarin is an advantage
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, and familiarity with procurement software and systems
