Responsibilities

บริหารจัดการกำลังคน (PC) ให้ครบจำนวนคน
ออกตรวจพนักงาน PC ในพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
ให้ข้อมูลสินค้าที่บริษัทวางขาย ดูแลและแนะนำเทคนิคการขายให้กับPC
ดูแลยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามที่แผนงานที่วางไว้
จัดทำแผนงานและตารางการทำงานตามพื้นที่ของ PC
ประเมินการทำงานของ PC ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
ตรวจการจัดเรียงสินค้า โปรโมชั่น และสต็อกสินค้าในแต่ละพื้นที่
เยี่ยมพื้นที่ สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างร้านค้าและ PC
จัดทำรายงานตรวจตลาด ปัญหาที่พบ วิธีการแก้ไข และให้ข้อเสนอแนะ

Requirements

อายุระหว่าง 28 - 45 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
มีประสบการณ์ Mer หรือ PC (หัวหน้า) อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้งาน Computer โปรแกรม MS Office ได้
บุคลิกดี มีใจบริการ
มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
มีความรับผิดชอบในงาน ละเอียดรอบคอบ
