Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all import processes including shipment bookings, customs clearance, and inland transportation.
Prepare and verify import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government authorities to ensure timely release and delivery of goods.
Monitor shipment schedules and update internal stakeholders regard status and potential arrival al delays.
Maintain accurate records of all import activities, cost control data, and vendor performance.
Support procurement and planning teams with lead time information and inventory accuracy.

จัดทำใบขนสินค้าขาเข้าเพื่อผ่านพิธีการศุลกากรขาเข้า
จัดทำเอกสารยื่นต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อประกอบใบขนสินค้า
ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำลูกค้าด้านพิธีการศุลกากรนำเข้าเบื้องต้น
ติดต่อสอบถามกับหน่วยงานราชการต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการนำเข้าสินค้าใหม่เบื้องต้น

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English for Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, Import-Export Management or related experience or related fields
At least 1+ years of experience in shipping & import (In-house) or logistics (In-house)
New Graduated are welcome
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Good command in English Communication
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

จบปริญญาตรีสาขา Logistics หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ (หากเคยฝึกงานด้าน Import-Export จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
มีด้านภาษาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานดานเอกสารขาเข้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
