Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will work within the Sales Engineering team to provide pre-sales support for the sales network’s projects, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Technically support Sales, Agents, and Distributors in selecting and sizing equipment and systems to offer the best solutions for the application based on customer data.
Prepare technical documentation to support Sales activities e.g. quotes, technical sheets, drawings, presentations, and proposals.
Run simulations and perform cost-benefit analyses using company tools to identify and present the most effective solutions for customers.
Arrange or participate in web or site meetings with Sales and customers to technically assist on the solutions and timeline of the projects.
Prepare BOM and quotes for auxiliary equipment e.g. installation pipework and electrical material.
Prepare spare parts lists for our products and systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Energy to Thermodynamics Engineering. A master's is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient skills in technical calculations and familiarity with 2D/3D software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, are commonly used in systems design.
Basic knowledge of basic IT tools e.g. e-mail, MS Office, and Google suites.
Open to dialogue and comfortable engaging in conversation is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Thai nationality or preferably Italian.
Strong Technical and Project management skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external customers.
Able to work in an international and complex environment.
Available to travel worldwide.
Based in Thailand.
