Senior Accounting (Base Rangsit) 3 Positions
1.General Ledger Accounting (1 Position)
- Review and record accounting entries into the accounting system.
- Verify accounting documents and various reports.
- Close accounts and prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and annually dispose of obsolete or deteriorated goods.
- Prepare the annual budget.
- Calculate annual standard costs.
- Submit reports and provide information as requested by government agencies and as required by law.
- Monitor necessary changes and updates relevant to the company.
- Perform other assigned duties / cooperate and comply with company activities.
2.Cost Accounting (1 Position)
- Analyze and identify the causes of cost increases or decreases, including preparing reports to support the analysis.
- Perform monthly cost closing by reviewing and verifying monthly cost data.
- Prepare the annual budget plan for management approval and use the information to adjust the annual Standard Cost.
- Provide cost-related support and information to both internal and external audit teams.
- Review and validate the Standard Cost setup for newly developed products in the SAP system.
3. Tax Accounting (1 Position)
- Manage and oversee the monthly tax closing process, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Value Added Tax (VAT), Specific Business Tax (SBT), and Withholding Tax (WHT) filings.
- Supervise the preparation of Input/Output Tax reports and ensure that all tax accounting entries comply with local regulations.
- Oversee CIT calculations (P.N.D. 50/51) by managing non-deductible expenses and maximizing tax incentives under the Revenue Code.
- Prepare TP Reports and Disclosure Forms, ensuring all intercompany transactions (RPT) are accurately reconciled and documented.
- Analyze profit margins and cost structures (COGS & SG&A) to ensure TP compliance and provide explanations for any financial variances.
