Responsibilities

Architect advanced automation systems to transform complex production lines and achieve an 88-person labor reduction by FY30.
Develop and deploy high-flexibility line designs, including hybrid robotic cells integrating AI vision, 3D LiDAR, and automated part orientation.
Design and integrate AGV/AMR fleets with simulation and real-time routing to ensure seamless material flow.
Prepare detailed engineering specifications for system implementation.
Monitor KPIs via real-time dashboards (throughput, OEE, cycle time, labor balance) to drive continuous improvement.
Manage project schedules, costs, and risks, coordinating across R&D, Production, PD, TIE, and vendors to fast-track pilots into scalable solutions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and present results to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Process Design Engineering, or a related field with GPA>2.5
Male or Female, age between 21-27 years old
1–3 years of experience in advanced automation and line design projects.
Understanding the principles of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value‐Stream Mapping
Skills include preparing engineering documentation and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills and logical thinking
Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to executives.
Minimum TOEIC score of 450
