- Monitor, control and optimize Head count plan to align with Manpower Plan.
- Plan, manage and coordinate subcontractor resources to support manpower requirements smoothly.
- Control and monitor departmental budget and supervise subordinates’ work.
- Coordinate and support recruitment process
- Perform other tasks as assigned to achieve departmental objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Political Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in recruitment and selection.
- Skills & Knowledge: Recruitment and selection techniques, Manpower management, Subcontractor management, Labor law and Computer literacy, English communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001).
- Ability to comply with Human Rights and Labor principles.
- Air conditioned bus ,Library, playground field , Uniform and safety shoes
- Allowance on a particular occasion such as funeral, wedding, etc.
