- Supervise and monitor all MEP site works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Lead and minute MEP site coordination meetings with client, contractors, and consultants; maintain the action log and drive decision/issue closure within agreed timelines; coordinate day-to-day to resolve technical/site issues.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions, ensuring timely approvals.
- Conduct regular inspections, implement QA/QC processes, and maintain accurate site records.
- Support the development and execution of commissioning procedures and ensure proper handover documentation.
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance at site, reporting infringements and supporting corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers/supervisors where required.
- Any other duties that may be assigned as part of the construction works
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of construction site experience in MEP works, with both main contractor and consultancy backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, site inspections, and commissioning processes.
- Proficiency in design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent); good command of MS Office.
- Solid communication and coordination skills; good command of English preferred.
- Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
