Responsibilities
- Lead and execute root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve complex technical issues related to EV Chargers and associated systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers, R&D, and maintenance teams to drive product reliability improvements and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze performance and maintenance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and oversee preventive and seasonal maintenance programs (e.g., operation under high-temperature or high-humidity conditions).
- Ensure service and maintenance activities comply with international standards (e.g., IEC 61851, DIN 70121).
- Optimize maintenance processes and backend systems to enhance efficiency, cost control, and service quality.
- Manage spare parts planning and utilization, encouraging component reuse to minimize operational costs.
- Conduct technical training and provide product operation guidance to customers and field service teams.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to elevate overall service performance.
- Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Solid understanding of EV systems, battery technology, and charging infrastructure.
- Proven experience in maintenance, service engineering, or field operations for EV or power systems.
- Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in root cause and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to lead initiatives for service quality improvement.

The company main businesses include biodiesel and power plants. Its biodiesel business produces biodiesel, methyl ester and glycerin.
