- เคยมีประสบการณ์ออกแบบงานอสังหาริมทรัพย์มาก่อน เช่น บ้าน โรงแรม เป็นต้น
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการออกแบบตกแต่งภายในอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่
