- Develop and maintain incoming inspection standards, sampling plans, and quality criteria for raw materials and components.
- Inspect and verify materials, parts, and components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Manage and maintain records of inspection results, certificates of analysis, and supplier documentation.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials; coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and support corrective & preventive action (CAPA) processes.
- Work closely with the Purchasing, R&D, and Production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support audits (internal, customer, and supplier) and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FSC, EUDR).
- Provide training and guidance to inspection staff and ensure proper use of measurement tools and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Quality, or related field).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality control or supplier quality, preferably in manufacturing.
- Understanding of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and sampling methods.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Working place at Frasers Warehouse - KlongSongNam Suvannabhumi, Bangplee-Samutprakarn
- Working day: Mon.-Fri. 08.00 - 17.00
