• Ensure the quality and accuracy of service part orders and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up customer orders and coordinate closely with relevant departments to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor and forecast PSI to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Manage warehouse operations and control import/export processes in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and control departmental costs to meet budget goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and skill development for team members.
• Support departmental decision-making and problem solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
o Customer order management or customer service
o Warehouse operations, and import/export control
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
