• Update production daily result and Meeting with concerned departments to inform part shortages and prevent process waste.
• Upload Production Schedule plan in PSI New System
• Adjust production schedule if have requisitions for addition or advance orders.
• Coordinate and hold meetings with related departments regarding purchase orders in case of additional orders or advance production.
• Summary production result for meeting with Business Unit.
• Prepare ordering notice to ensure relevant departments understand the current situation.
• Prepare PSI report and forecasted quantities.
• Audit vendors in case of problems or when they are unable to meet production schedules.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Age 30 up years old.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production control or planning.
• Good command in English skills.
• Good computer in MS Office and SAP system.
