1. Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning
• Develop and implement strategic human resources plans to support effective recruitment and workforce planning.
• Analyze organizational needs, forecast talent requirements, and ensure timely sourcing of qualified candidates.
• Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and employer branding.
2. Labor Relations & Compliance Management
• Coordinate labor relations activities and serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Manage conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary procedures professionally and fairly.
3. Personnel Development & Training (Training Road Map)
• Develop and implement personnel development plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and update annual Training Road Maps based on competency gaps, performance evaluations, and strategic needs.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support leadership development and continuous learning initiatives.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Budgeting
• Develop HR budgets, including salary increases and benefits proposals, for presentation to management.
• Assist in compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and pay structure alignment.
• Provide recommendations to ensure competitiveness and internal equity in rewards programs.
5. HR Operations & Additional Duties
• Support continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support HR and organizational objectives.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 45-50 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HR strategy and operational management
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
• Proficient in manpower planning and payroll management.
• Solid understanding of cross-functional collaboration and ability to work with multiple departments to support and drive organizational strategy.
• Conversation middle - high in English.
• Be able to travel to Prachinburi.
