Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing branch coordination, administrative operations, and documentation management across all regions. Ensures branch processes run smoothly, follow operational standards, and comply with financial service regulations. Supervises branch coordinators and administrative teams to ensure high-quality operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Central coordination between branches, regional offices, and head office.
- Oversee and standardize administrative tasks including document management, contract filing, and reporting.
- Monitor closely on sales team expenses and tools of sales to ensure spending productivity and efficiently and align with policy.
- Manage monthly/quarterly branch meetings, prepare materials, and record minutes.
- Improve branch workflows and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Management, Finance, or related fields.
- 5–10 years of experience in administration, general affair or general support.
- Strong understanding of operational compliance and documentation control.
- Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power point) and reporting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
