Purchasing & Logistics Support Officer

- Support Internal & external purchasing operations
- Support Internal & external delivery and shipping arrangements (inland, import, export)
- Support & coordinate the insurance company for any claim cases
- Support for follow-up & monitoring on PR/PO operation controlling
- Support related document with the Thai Government office
- Support for issuing payment for any related logistics invoice
- Support for budget usage control & planning
- Support for supplier contact coordination
- Support in the related issue for the New project preparation
- Support other related duties (if any)
- Gender: Female / Male
- Age: 21–24
- Education: Bachelor's degree – Recent graduate
- Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics, preferably with a focus on logistics/supply chain management, import-export, or related fields
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (writing, communication, and presentation)
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Other Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, proactive, adaptable, quick to respond, and able to work well under pressure.
- 5-day work week (Some Saturdays 3-6 days)
