Digital Marketing Officer

Strategy & Campaign Management:

• Plan, create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels to achieve committed KPIs.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Advertising Policies and Community Standards of each platform.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and platform-specific analytics tools (e.g., Meta/TikTok Ads Manager) to track performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data sets using Microsoft Excel at a proficient level (e.g., Pivot Tables, data visualization) to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and present deep-dive results and recommendations to clients and management.

Content & Trend Identification:

• Identify threats and opportunities in generated viral content surrounding the business and integrate findings into marketing strategies.
• Proactively keep up to date on the latest digital trends, including emerging features and platforms that represent an opportunity for clients.

Other Tasks:

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: A fresh graduate with a related background is welcome to apply or  at least 1 year of experience in digital/social media marketing is preferred.
• Critical Skills: A solid understanding of the advertising systems and algorithms of major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Ability to use and analyze data from Google Analytics (GA4) effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
