1.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
2.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in training (Training/HRD) or personnel development.
3.Certification/Experience: Possess an internal trainer certification or prior experience as an instructor/facilitator.
4.Language: Able to communicate in English (TOEIC score of more than 450 will be given special consideration).
