Job Purpose:
To support and drive domestic sales across both offline channels (Traditional Trade – TT) and Modern Trade (MT), as well as online platforms. This role also plays a key part in daily sales operations, sales forecasting, stock coordination, and ERP system development to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Operations (TT & MT)
• Handle and follow up on sales orders, delivery schedules, and related sales documents.
• Build and maintain good relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
• Support online sales activities through e-commerce and brand social media channels.
• Assist in planning and executing trade promotions and in-store activities.
• Gather market feedback and competitor updates for team insights.
2. Sales Forecasting & Stock Coordination
• Prepare and update daily and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to align stock levels with forecasted demand.
• Monitor stock movement and report potential shortages or overstock situations.
• Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance analysis.
3. ERP System Support
• Participate in ERP development and testing, especially for sales and stock management modules.
• Provide feedback on usability and data accuracy within the system.
• Input, verify, and maintain up-to-date sales data in the ERP system.
4. Cross-Department Coordination
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support document preparation and reporting for management.
