Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing to lead our Modern Trade and Retail channel. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing

and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, market

share, and profitable growth within the Modern Trade and Retail channel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for assigned Modern

Trade accounts (The Mall, Gourmet,Central, Tops, Big C, Lotus's, Villa Market, HomePro, etc.).

• Build strong relationships with key Modern Trade decision-makers, including category

managers and buyers.

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and display agreements to optimize sales and profitability.

• Develop and implement effective in-store marketing programs to drive product awareness

and purchase intent.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities

and develop winning strategies.

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in FMCG sales and marketing.

• Promote and sell WMF #1 cookware brand from Germany, cookware, coffee machines, and tableware across various sales channels, including Modern Trade (The Mall, Central, HomePro, etc.)

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the WMF brand in Thailand.

• พัฒนา และดำเนินการตามโปรแกรมการตลาดในร้านค้าที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการ

รับรู้สินค้า และกระตุ้นการตัดสินใจซื้อ

• วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาด กิจกรรมของคู่แข่ง และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค เพื่อระบุโอกาส และพัฒนา

• นำทีมตัวแทนขาย เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายยอดขาย

• ตรวจสอบ และวิเคราะห์ผลการขาย และจัดทำรายงานเป็นประจ ให้กับผู้บริหารระดับสูง

• ติดตามเทรนด์ และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในอุตสาหกรรม ด้านการขาย และการตลาด FMCG

• ส่งเสริมและขายWMF แบรนด์ #1 เครื่องครัว เครื่องชงกาแฟ และภาชนะ ผ่านช่องทางการขายต่างๆ รวมถึง Modern Trade (ห้างสรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล โฮมโปร ฯลฯ)

• พัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับห้างสรรพสินค้าและตัวแทนจำหน่าย

• บรรลุเป้ายอดขายที่กำหนดและมีส่วนร่วมในการเติบโตโดยรวมของแบรนด์ WMF ในประเทศไทย

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing, with a proven track record

of success in the Modern Trade and Retail channel.

• Have experience in retail sales, the homeware or kitchenware industry is a plus

• Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and Modern Trade and Retail landscape in Thailand.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a sales team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

(preferred).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

• Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

• ทักษะความเป็นผู้น และความสามารถในการกระตุ้น และฝึกอบรมทีมขาย

• เชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) และซอฟต์แวร์ CRM (เป็นที่

พึงประสงค์)

• สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งแบบอิสระ และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม
