Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations for all Thailand entities (Hausen, CST, TRI). This includes HR strategy execution, talent acquisition, payroll & benefits, performance management and HR business partnering. The role is critical in supporting business growth, driving HR excellence and ensuring consistent HR standards across all entities.
Key Responsibilities
A. HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations for all Thai entities.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws, statutory requirements and corporate governance.
• Oversee HR documentation including employment contracts, addendums and policy compliance.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity in Darwinbox HRIS.
B. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead recruitment for Thailand, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and probation reviews for new hires.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
C. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees across all Thai entities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Support group-wide and local employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
D. Performance & Talent Management
• Drive the annual performance appraisal cycle (Goal setting, year-end reviews).
• Identify training and development needs; coordinate learning and development programs.
• Support talent review and succession planning activities.
E. HR Policy, Benefits & Governance
• Ensure consistent implementation of Everlife Group HR policies across entities.
• Review and recommend improvements to local HR policies and benefits.
• Lead HR reporting, dashboards and HR analytics for Thailand.
F. Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Country Leads of Hausen, CST, and TRI on all HR matters.
• Collaborate with the Group HR Office on group-wide HR initiatives and standardisation.
• Support cross-country HR projects as required.
G. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
• Work closely with the 3rd-party payroll vendor to ensure timely, compliant and accurate monthly payroll processing for all entities
• Work with Group HR on standardisation of benefits across all entities.
• Review and improve local benefits offerings (medical, insurance, allowances, etc.).
• Ensure accurate administration of bonuses, incentives and allowances.
