Key Responsibilities
1、Develop and implement administrative management systems (office order, logistics processes, asset control, etc.), and continuously optimize in line with Thai regulations and group requirements; Oversee the daily maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for employees
2、Manage administrative suppliers (cleaning, security, transportation, office supplies, etc.), including bidding, contract signing, service quality supervision and expense settlement; Coordinate administrative support for employee benefits (festival welfare, team-building activities, commuting support) to improve employee satisfaction.
3、Responsible for the procurement, registration, inventory and scrap management of administrative assets (office equipment, furniture, vehicles, etc.), and control asset loss; Prepare annual administrative budget, track budget execution, optimize cost structure, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement (e.g., centralized procurement of office supplies, energy consumption control).
4、Familiar with Thai labor laws, tax regulations, environmental protection and other administrative-related laws, ensuring administrative work compliance (e.g., work visas, foreign employee document processing, administrative license filing); Liaise with local Thai government departments (Ministry of Labor, Revenue Department, City Hall, etc.) to handle administrative approvals, filings and communication matters.
5、Act as the contact person of the administrative department, collaborate with production, HR, finance, procurement and other departments to provide administrative support (e.g., meeting organization, event planning, cross-departmental resource coordination).
