C-TPAT
An internal audit is conducted to ensure that all operations comply with the C-TPAT policy.
Inspect all 17 vehicle check points and ensure that the CCTV cameras can clearly capture the inside of the truck during loading.
Ensure that the seal is verified and properly affixed each time before the vehicle departs from the loading point.
Brand Security & Intellectual Property Protection
Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect intellectual property (IP) and sensitive brand assets.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with IP protection policies and identify vulnerabilities.
Manage physical security of controlled areas, including restricted access zones (EAC systems), intrusion detection systems (IDS), and CCTV monitoring.
Oversee IT security measures to safeguard confidential product data and corporate information.
Product Traceability & Supply Chain Transparency
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure full product traceability across the supply chain.
Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with traceability policies and identify gaps.
Oversee and control the production of recycled or remanufactured products to meet traceability requirements.
Implement systems and processes to track materials from raw sources to finished products, ensuring accountability and compliance.
