- Oversees the entire hiring process from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires ensuring the organization attracts and retains the right talent.
- Create and execute strategies to attract and hire the right candidates aligning with the company's overall hiring goals.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Understand the specific requirements of open positions and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts e.g. time to fill, cost per hire etc.
- Provide reports on recruitment activities to management.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters or recruitment specialists.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Male/Female, Age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- >7 years+ of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and onboarding programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry.
