Job description:
• Manage and drive sales performance in assigned stores (Big C Suwintawong, Big C Sukapiban 3, Lotus Minburi).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure effective product display and promotion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business improvement.
• Lead and support sales promoters in assigned stores.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
