Lawyer - Litigation Management
- Planning and allocating debtor accounts, coordinating with Collection Business Partners (CBPs) and internal teams to ensure litigation aligns with strategic goals and runs efficiently.
- Monitoring CBP performance, organizing monthly review meetings, and reporting litigation outcomes to management.
- Reviewing legal approval requests and managing documentation related to litigation errors, including coordinating disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Analyzing legal risks, tracking court rulings, and advising teams on procedures to prevent disputes and reputational damage.
- Conducting site visits to CBPs, controlling legal expenses, and representing the company in court to support process improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or related field.
- Thai Lawyer License is a must.
- Experience in litigation, legal operations, or debt collection management is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point).
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- High integrity and accountability
- Ability to manage external partners and stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and debt collection processes
- Good command of English (TOEIC Score 550)
