1. Organize learning and development activity to increase potential and develop personnel within the organization
according to the company target.
2. Work closely and partner with business heads and training BUs to develop Learning and Development plan
aligned with overall business strategy.
3. Manage and follow up learning application and administrative tasks from end to end (submission, registration,
reservation, purchase order, payment, record, feedback) to ensure smooth execution, follow-up and consistency
of learning initiatives
4. Instruct and facilitate trainings and learning activity as assigned
5. Monitor and improve employee learning productivity.
6. Submit required documents to department of development skills (DSD) to meet minimum requirement
7. Record all of training attendance
8. Analyze and report to management when participants are not meeting performance expectations
9. Maintain attendance report and trainer’s satisfaction report and other as assigned
