- Manages team members.
- Oversee daily operations of processing invoice and other tasks as assigned.
- Coaching and monitoring team members to perform meet the KPI.
- Drive and lead bi-weekly team meetings or as assigned by immediate superior.
- Support and provide internal cross training / knowledge sharing for team members and new joiners.
- Manages and resolve countries’ escalated issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory expectations are met within the service delivery scope.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 5-7 years experiences in sea / air freight invoicing with a freight forwarding company.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Lead level.
- Good English language skills.
- Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Excellence in problem solving and communication skills.
- Attentive to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Experience in CargoWise 1 is a must.
