Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

In charge of overall product sales & service activities, preparing & submitting tenders, preparing & proposing service contracts, business outsourcing, costing, generating quotations, offering proposal consultation, business development, recommending equipment improvement, and service executions.
Maintain and grow the customer base in Thailand and other countries when required.
Support, develop, and build good customer relationships with all key accounts and potential customers to grow the business in the region.
Plan and manage tasks from sales process until completion of task and to ensure order and/or task are completed on time, within budget and scope of supply.
To meet customers regularly to maintain and grow business relationships with existing customers to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Manage monthly sales plans, forecasts, customer database, action plans, and resources and to achieve monthly & yearly sales targets, sales activities, and KPIs.
Weekly observation of sales pipeline trends with corrective actions and reporting
Submit weekly and monthly sales/service reports, aftermarket order tracking database records, activity reports, and other reports on time as required by the superior and the company.
Conduct competition analysis and value proposition analysis (customer buying values) to protect the business and strengthen positioning against aggressive competitors.
Ensure agreed commercial terms and conditions are met, including support billing documents, timely payment collection, as part of risk mitigation and safeguarding business continuity.
Provide market feedback, including competitor activities and recommendations for improvements, to management.
Any ad-hoc job assigned by Superior.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Lifesciences , Biotechnology, Science , Business, or related filed
Required languages: Thai , English, (read and write) is a mandatory.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in pharmaceuticals sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong target-oriented mindset
Willingness to wok in field and travel extensively
Able to work independently with productively
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Flexibility to stay or work during weekend when require
Possess own transport
