Organizational Management
- Oversee and manage Customer Service, Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Customs departments comprehensively
- Provide recommendations, consultation, and participate in developing business strategies and overall direction
- Plan and establish operational guidelines aligned with company policies and business strategies
- Review and monitor strategies, KPIs, targets, and work plans for all departments under supervision
Budget and Resource Management
- Participate in preparing annual departmental budgets
- Manage operational costs within budget and optimize resource utilization
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance against plans and defined KPIs
Operations
- Manage and coordinate between CS, Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Customs departments for efficient collaboration
- Negotiate with airlines, shipping lines, and customs authorities to determine optimal operational solutions
- Handle and resolve complex problems involving internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and coordinate decision-making processes for air and sea freight space management
Development and Improvement
- Analyze internal and external factors affecting business operations
- Apply creativity to propose new ideas focusing on service improvement and operational process enhancement
- Analyze and identify approaches to increase efficiency across all operational lines
People Management
- Promote and support staff training and capability development
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate departmental performance according to plans and targets
- Delegate responsibilities to subordinates and follow up for evaluation purposes
Communication and Coordination
- Communicate and coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, customs, and agents both domestically and internationally
- Present work results, reports, and strategic recommendations to General Manager and senior executives
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and business partners
