Depend on qualifications and experience
• Support customer service in accordance with SLA and TOR or service contract.
• Install, customize, edit, and configure the Switch, Router, Firewall, Load Balancer, WIFI, or Network system infrastructure equipment and Security equipment.
• Solve problems using Switch, Router, Firewall, Load Balance, WIFI or Network System Infrastructure equipment and Security equipment.
• Utilize experience and knowledge in Aruba Switch Products and WIFI to manage various devices that provide services. (If able to do this, special consideration will be given)
• Support overall service and analyze overall usage trends in terms of Capacity and Utilization.
• Capable of creating automation using Python or other basic languages to monitor or control the operation of the network system. (If able to do this, special consideration will be given)
• Control the system maintenance infrastructure (MA).
• Create Change Control Management (CCM).
• Prepare system assessment data according to customer needs in order to design service solutions.
• Create Asset management, collect device configurations, and design methods for backing up device data.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experienced in IT Support or Network Engineer.
- Skills in Switching, Routing, Firewall, Load Balancing, WiFi, Switch Product Aruba and Network Infrastructure.
- Able to construct or program Software Defined Infrastructure (SDI)
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions.
- Have good communication skills.
