ABOUT THE JOB
In a team of 15 based in our historical Bangkok office, you will work on the most innovative products of Laundry category. You will actively contribute to product development working alongside expert engineers. Other functions you will interface with are: product management, laboratory, reliability and quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer care. ABOUT YOUR TASKS:
- This Sales Manager will be in charge of their Laundry products, in order to mange and develop the sales network with the target to explore and develop coin segments and markets and to increase the market share in the area he/she is in charge of
- Responsible for the Net Sales, Gross Profit, Marketing and Administration expenses and the results of the area he/she is covering
- Identify, evaluate and appoint new dealers to expand the distribution network. Establish and nature long term relationships with existing and new dealers, ensuring they meet company performance expectations
- Provide pre-sale and sales consultation of the product offerings and solutions to direct office's sales staff or distributors in the area and propose to customers the desired Laundry System solutions that are deemed as suitable, thoughtful and comprehensive product offerings well adapted to each customer 's unique set of needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and successful sales campaigns. Provide guidance, training and support to junior sale staff or dealer representatives as necessary
- Coordinate and approve price lists to distributors, ensuring that they are aligned to budget target in terns of turnover & profitability
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve and exceed business growth targets. Monitor and analyze sale performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Lead negotiations, close deals and maintain a high conversion rate with commercial clients.
- Proactively research market trends and competitor offerings to uncover opportunities and gaps in the market. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate leads and secure new accounts
