• Design, implement, and maintain servers, networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), cloud, and virtualization environments.

• Oversee Hospital Information System (HIS), EMR/EHR, and related applications.
• Collaborate with software and hardware vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
• Monitor and optimize database performance and security.
Information Security & Compliance
• Develop and enforce IT security policies, access control, and monitoring.
• Protect hospital data in compliance with PDPA, HIPAA, and other healthcare standards.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and conduct regular security audits.
Technical Support & Service Management
• Lead IT support services and manage helpdesk operations.
• Provide training and documentation for staff on IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hospital departments.
Leadership & Strategy
• Manage and mentor IT team members.
• Develop IT budgets and control costs.
• Support the hospital’s Digital Transformation and Smart Hospital initiatives.
