- Bachelor's /Master Degree in Human Resources or related fields
- 10-15 years of professional experience in Human Resources, at least 3 years of direct / hands-on experience in each areas of responsibility.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Management Level.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and management skill.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with people of all levels.
- Has the mindset of a Change Agent and Compliance.
