Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for FM technical services.
2. Meet with potential and existing clients to understand requirements, conduct site assessments, and present appropriate service offerings.
3. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals, including technical scope, pricing, and value propositions.
4. Collaborate with the operations teams to develop accurate costing and service designs.
Technical & Commercial Support:
1. Interpret client specifications and requirements to propose viable and cost-effective solutions.
2. Support tender preparation including technical documentation, method statements, site visits, and equipment schedules.
3. Conduct technical clarifications and respond to RFI (Request for Information) during bidding.
4. Keep abreast of technical innovations in FM (including IoT Sensors, Systems such as CCTV & VMS, and Cleaning Robots) and propose new solutions or services to improve competitiveness.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
2. Act as the technical point of contact during pre-sales, sales, and handover phases.
3. Provide support during service mobilization to ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery.
Reporting & Coordination:
1. Maintain up-to-date records of leads, proposals, and opportunities in the CRM system.
2. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
3. Coordinate internally with engineering, procurement, and operations to ensure client needs are met.
