Responsibilities

1. Guest Services Management

• Monitor and supervise front desk operations, guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift

• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and service standards

2. Staff Supervision

• Oversee night shift staff, including front desk, security, and other operational personnel

• Provide guidance, training, and support to night staff

• Conduct performance monitoring and ensure adherence to company policies

3. Security and Safety

• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property during night hours

• Monitor security systems, patrols, and emergency procedures

• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments as required

4. Operational Oversight

• Review and report on night operations, incidents, and operational issues

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of night activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably with supervisory experience
Previous experience in night operations or front office management is an advantage
Strong knowledge of hotel front office operations, procedures, and guest service standards
Understanding of safety, security, and emergency protocols
Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle guest complaints and emergencies calmly and professionally
Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong physical stamina and alertness for overnight duties
Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus
