Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to a community mall and playland both online and offline, emphasizing audience engagement and target group
Coordinate on-site events, including vendor sourcing, logistics, and on-the-day support.
Support tenant promotions through co-branded campaigns and seasonal activities.
Build strong relationships with tenants to drive their participation in mall-wide initiatives.
Initiate, plan, and execute the marketing calendar for both the community mall and playland, aligning each campaign with brand direction to deliver timely and impactful results.
Manage content planning, caption writing, posting, and audience interaction across online platforms.
Collaborate with the graphic designer on creative briefs, visual assets, and event branding.
Monitor and report KPIs such as footfall, engagement rate, campaign feedback, and tenant satisfaction.
Lead outreach efforts with nearby schools, wellness groups, and local communities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within retail, mixed-use developments, or community malls.
Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
Experience organizing events, activations, or tenant-facing promotions.
Strong writing skills (Thai and English) and ability to brief visual creatives.
Excellent coordination and time management skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with leasing, operations, and design teams.
