Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Responsibilities

Assist the QA Department in daily operations and coordination tasks.
Communication coordinator between the QA team and internal departments, using English and Thai.
Communicate with foreign staff, customers, suppliers, and auditors regarding quality-related matters.
Support the preparation, translation, and review of QA documents, reports, and records in English and Thai.
Assist in coordinating quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Follow up on quality issues and support the QA team in problem-solving activities.
Maintain and update QA documentation and records according to company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Good command of English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
Able to communicate effectively with both Thai and foreign staff.
Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to work well as part of a team and handle multiple tasks.
